David Grinnell, our therapist for Solihull, suffered from a range of problems, anxiety, phobias and addiction and made a full recovery through hypnotherapy. This experience led him to helping others and to setting up The Hypnotherapy Practice. Now with over 20 years experience of hypnotherapy, David is often referred to by counsellors and therapists with patients with more resistant problems.

After gaining an MSc from Leeds University in the 1990s David has applied his scientific knowledge and understanding to help develop hypnotherapy theory and practice. He is a leading figure in the field of hypnotherapy and now, when not writing and training, sees patients from across the UK.
